Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and organization details including business name and EIN/tax ID for 10DLC registration purposes.

Contact Data: You may upload contact lists containing phone numbers, names, email addresses, and other fields. This data is stored securely and used solely to facilitate your messaging campaigns.

Message Content: We store message templates and sent/received message logs to provide delivery tracking, analytics, and compliance records.

Usage Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data to improve our Service.

Payment Information: Credit card and billing details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including sending SMS/MMS messages on your behalf.

Process 10DLC brand and campaign registrations with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and carrier partners.

Process transactions and send billing-related communications.

Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

Monitor compliance with applicable messaging regulations (TCPA, CTIA, carrier policies).

Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

Messaging Providers: We transmit phone numbers and message content to our telephony providers (Telnyx, SignalWire) to deliver your messages.

TCR and Carriers: Brand and campaign registration data is submitted to The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers as required for 10DLC compliance.

Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure that may process your data on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted password storage (bcrypt hashing), token-based authentication (JWT), and role-based access controls. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Message logs are retained for 90 days after delivery for compliance and analytics purposes. Contact data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may export your contact data at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request deletion.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics are limited to aggregate usage data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
